Last Saturday Ben and I got a sitter and got up to Sundance at 8 in hopes of catching first chair/tracks on what we thought was going to be a sweet powder day. Come to find out they got next to no new snow. So rather than wait an hour to ski on not so great snow Ben said, "Lets go pick up Jesse and I'll rent some skis and SKI today." Mind you Ben started snowboarding about age nine and hadn't touched skis since.
So we did it and both my boys were great! I was really surprised at how good Ben was and J got a kick out of seeing his dad on skis. It was Ben's first time skiing with Jesse too. It's usually just the two of us while Ben is at work. All and all it was a great day with the boys, and almost as fun as any powder day.

Let's plan on getting me on the slopes next year. Perhaps I can pay you to give me some lessons.
