Sand Hollow Again!

We went camping again this weekend and had a great time. Amy and Gabe and John and Christine came too. Jesse fell in love with John and Christine's little girl--Helina. Did I mention that it was high 70's too. I am loving the warm weather.

It Worked!

Since I have been bribing Jesse he has pooped on the toilet three times--not in his diaper since. Today he was very impressed with his "BIG ONE"--and so was I (you can thank me for not taking a picture); the things that put a smile on a mother's face. Now the only problem is he is going to run us into the poor house if he keeps expecting a truck. I think the next motivater will be the Cars underwear I just bought him. He's been begging to wear them on top of his diaper.

10 Things That I Have Learned Being Married to Ben

1. It's just as easy to close a drawer as it is to open it (Well maybe I am still learning).
2. People really do use reading material while using the bathroom.
3. I must have been really cold and lonely sleeping by myself for 20 years.
4. How sexy a redneck/white trash man is.
5. How much fun it is to be a woman. He is very chivilristic.
6. That it can be a catastrophic mess when you don't screw lids on tight. . .like the OJ lid.
7. Mountain Dew is really good--especially with a lime.
8. Park rangers don't hate everyone, just those that break the rules. Apparently Gallands have some bad habits.
9. If it sits around for long enough, someone else does the laundry.
10. You get a much better night's sleep when you get into a made bed.

Who knew J. Crew has a kids line? Anyways, Faith might have another swim suit coming. I have a thing for plaid, especially when it is tiny!

Bribery, Will It Work?

Since the monster truck show, Jesse is all about monster truck toys. He has several of the trucks, but now he wants the "Doggie One"--A truck that is made to look like a dog. I told him I won't buy it until he goes poop on the toilet. So he says today is the day. He has been sitting there for about a half hour. Finally I got him a magazine--his dad says that helps. He says he wants to keep trying. Do you think it will work? Any wagers?

Decisions Decisions?

I'm on the prowl for a "modest" swimsuit and I have my eye on these. What do you think? Keep in mind that I am not as bosomly blessed as I once was.

Ben is not to keen on the whole plan--not so sure wether it's the modest he is opposed to, or the price tag.

My sis-in -law has the one above in brown and it was much cuter on her.
